Volk's won't blow you away, and that's the appeal. It's a relaxed, well-priced rooftop in the middle of the old town, with mountain views and generous cocktails that cost less than you'd expect.

The hidden entrance keeps the crowds thin, so it works when you want a quiet drink rather than a scene.

My one gripe is the uncertainty. Hours aren't published, the space is small, and you're trusting it'll be open. Call ahead and that risk mostly disappears.
