How We Use Affiliate Links
When we mention a hotel with a rooftop bar or pool, we may include an affiliate link to book that hotel. When we recommend a tour or experience, we may link to it through an affiliate program.
We only include affiliate links to products and services we genuinely recommend. We never recommend something solely because it has an affiliate program.
Editorial Independence
Important: Affiliate relationships never influence our reviews.
Every venue on this site is reviewed based on our personal experience. We do not accept payment for positive reviews, and venues cannot pay to improve their ratings or be featured more prominently.
Our editorial process works like this:
- We visit venues anonymously and pay our own way
- We write honest reviews based on our experience
- If an affiliate link is available, we may add it after the review is written
- If no affiliate link exists, the venue is still included if it's worth recommending
Commission Disclosure
Commission rates vary by affiliate program and can range from 2% to 10% of the booking value. This commission comes from the company, not from you—you pay the same price whether you use our link or not.
How to Support Us
If you find our content helpful and want to support us, using our affiliate links is a great way to do so. It doesn't cost you anything extra and helps us continue creating free, honest content.
However, we also understand if you prefer not to use affiliate links. You can always search for venues directly—we'll never make our content less useful to push affiliate sales.
